- 24 hours a 7 days a week assistance and care provided by care partners
who meet all training requirements by the Department of Human Service
All home-cooked meals and snacks - Daily Laundry Service
- Daily Cleaning Service
- Medication Assistance and reminders
- Assistance with activities of daily living bathing, personal grooming,
ambulation assistance and feeding - Coordination for transportation to medical appointments
scheduled activities - Divinity residential assisted living also offers services to:
Clients requiring only short-term respite stay (space available)
Clients receiving hospice
Clients reacquiring wheelchairs or walkers - Some services may be covered by insurance or Medicare Divinity
Residential Assisted Living
not provide these services but we are happy to help coordinate and make
recommendation as needed

visiting in-home and Physical Therapists
